The villas and apartments are available for rent in the AVTA private holiday village in Kadikalesi. Kadikalesi is just a 15 minute walk from Turgutreis and a 45 minutes bus ride from Bodrum making it perfect for exploring the Bodrum peninsular.
Villas for rent
Detached self catering villas* can sleep up to five people. Accommodation across two floors comprise one double room and one single room, a living and kitchen area with two sofa beds.
Apartment rentals
One bedroom self catering apartments* can sleep up to four people. Accommodation comprises one double room, a living and kitchen area with two sofa beds.

The holiday village
AVTA stands for Avukatlar Tatil Koyu (lawyers holiday village), it is owned by a variety of famous Turkish Lawyers and Judges who frequent the village every year. As a result the emphasis of the resort is on quality!
The holiday village is set in natural surroundings, with mandarin and palm trees, beautiful gardens and a sandy beach. AVTA provides the ideal setting to enjoy beautiful sunsets over an island scattered horizon, which can be enjoyed either from your table at the seaside restaurant or relaxing on large pillows on the dock
